The NEIL MURKAR CHARITABLE FOUNDATION is a fully registered charity under registration number 889597167RR0001 operated by The Rotary Club of Whitby. The name of the charity was dedicated to the late Dr. Neil Murkar who was an optometrist in Whitby and a long time dedicated member of the Rotary Club of Whitby.
