3rd Durham Region Children's Business Fair

The Durham Region Children's Business Fair is an annual event that has the goal of empowering children between 6-16 years old to launch their very own startup. This fair will be a very easy introduction to the world of entrepreneurship where they will get to sell their creations while learning and having fun. We will host up to 21 mini-vendors this year at the Grass Park in Brooklin from 11 am to 2 pm on Sunday September 11, and as always we will have an educational component where we will interview the kids and ask them insightful and practical questions about their enterprises. Since this event seeks to empower the youth in our community, it will be a great way for Rotary to show that it cares about this sector as well.
