General Meeting & Silent Auction
Holiday Fun! Zoom meeting.
Hello Club,
Please find attached an invitation from President Joan for December 2.
I have also copied and pasted the content of the attachment below.

FELLOW ROTARIANS
As we move toward the festive season let us reflect on our blessings rather than on the many changes, we have all been enduring this year. There are always many things to be grateful for. Our fellowship in Rotary is certainly one of the blessings I am most grateful for.

Our annual holiday Festive Celebration on December 2nd will allow all of us to join together in fellowship over Zoom. Here is what you will need to do to prepare for the party!

AUCTION ITEMS
We are going to raise some money with a Silent Auction. As you are able, purchase a gift worth approximately $25 that other Rotarians might appreciate this year. Wrap the gift in an attractive way so that others will want to bid on it. Deliver the gift to one of three convenient locations:
• Motor City Mitsubishi on Dundas Street (to Ray)
• 14 St. Philip Court in Williamsburg (Joan’s House)
• 128 Vipond Road, in Brooklin (Steve’s House)
Be prepared to bid on the items so we can raise some much-needed funds for our community this year.

TRADITIONAL TREATS
In lieu of our annual French Breakfast together, please make sure that you have something to eat or drink that celebrates your own festive traditions whether cultural or family traditions. We will have an opportunity to share this tradition in small group rooms during the meeting.

So, let’s dress up in our ugly Christmas sweaters, our fancy gear, or our comfy relaxing clothes. Be prepared for some fun with your friends in Rotary as we celebrate this season together.
